Resources for Students
Beginning in the Spring 2025 time period for those classes coming in Fall 2025, LSUE students will utilize Workday to complete tasks such as registration, course advising, financial aid and to view a bill. All functionality around Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 classes will remain in the current myLSUE system.
An active LSUE account will be required to access all resources.
Note: Some tutorial videos may contain references to “LSUAM Baton Rouge” for certain images, course descriptions, etc… This is simply for reference and will not be reflected within your LSUE Workday Student system.

Student Worker - Switching from Your Student Worker Profile (PDF)
In Workday Student, some students may have both a Worker and a Student profile available. If a student needs to view more than just their profile Summary, Contact, and Overview they need to switch to the student profile.
Students can access and complete their FERPA waiver in Workday by completing the Manage My Privacy Settings task.
Request Leave of Absence (PDF)
Students have the capability to initiate a leave of absence request within Workday.

Students can review and resolve their student holds in Workday.
Student Documents Overview (PDF)

Financial Aid "Action Items" - Continuing Students (PDF)
LSUE provides action items based on the FAFSA submitted by the student and any Federal Verification requirements.When a student submits a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), a copy of the information is sent to LSUE to determine financial aid eligibility. Action items may include addressing any discrepancies or providing additional information based on the submitted FAFSA (e.g., Citizenship Status, Veteran Status, etc.).
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal (PDF)
This reference guide provides a walkthrough on how to submit an appeal if you do not meettheminimum requirements for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for financial aid.
