Counseling Services
Most of us, at some point in our lives, feel depressed, anxious, or stressed out. Friends and family are great support but sometimes, our problems persist, and we need more than friendly advice. Counseling is a process whereby an individual seeks assistance and/or support because they are experiencing mental or emotional distress.
Counseling Services embraces the belief that your mental health is as important as your physical health. The goal of our services is to assist you in setting goals, learning coping strategies, and taking action to improve your current and future situations.
Services are confidential and take place in a nonjudgmental setting via Tree of Life Counseling and Consulting. There are limits to confidentiality and these limits with be discussed with the student.
All services are free of charge to LSU Eunice students. Any outside referrals made are the responsibility of the student.
